Two New Things I Learned Today

1. Breaded eggplant on pizza tastes awesome! I think it's my new favorite combo.
2. Andrew's Mom Charlotte makes the best brownies I ever tasted - seriously. I had them warm from the oven and they had a very thick crust on top (my favorite) and a warm, goey center, with a strong chocolate flavor. I think most brownies just taste generically sweet and these stood out because they had intense flavor. I would take a picture of them but they're rapidly disappearing into my stomach!
