Mini M & M Sugar Cookies

I found time to bake after breakfast and before my marathon leaf-raking session.

I was in the mood to bake cookies and went with M&M cookies. Since the only regular size M&Ms I had were in Halloween colors, I went with the mini M&M's instead (left over from Andrew's boxer cupcakes).

This recipe worked well with my cantankerous oven, resulting in evenly cooked and unburned cookies:
