Simply Awesome

Introducing the Bacon Explosion:



Apparently, the recipe for this has become an Internet phenomenon in the past month, as described by the New York Times.
It's a huge hunk of barbecued meat, specifically "two pounds of bacon woven through and around two pounds of sausage and slathered in barbecue sauce."
I'm impressed by anything that requires weaving bacon strips:
But I don't think I'm going to make this recipe. I think it's way too much meat to buy (therefore expensive) and it would probably cause you to gain 20 pounds on the spot!
