The Simply Vera Vera Wang Mariposa Leather Ballet Flats
On sale for $42, they're one fifth the price of the Tory Burch shoes. They have the same look and feel with the interesting topper (I don't know what the official industry term for it is). And, Kohls always has good coupons so I could definitely get it for less. What do you think?

Funny enough, my roommate has those same shoes from Kohl's. Unless you look very closely or are in the know on Tory Burch, you really can't tell the difference.
