I swear I'll get back to cooking dinner sometime this week but I was just too exhausted tonight. So Andrew and I had takeout from Apgujung for dinner:
Dokboki - Chewy rice dumplings in a slightly spicy sauce:
And tempura asparagus sushi rolls - that little bit of crunch from the tempura crumbs is unbelievably good paired with the other ingredients:
The best part is that Andrew loves Korean food as much as I do - so we both ended up having the same dinner. I love sharing a piece of my heritage with him and seeing how much he enjoys it!
