My impressions of the place:
- You definitely need a reservation to get a table there on a Saturday night.
- It's very popular for girls, there were tons of other girls doing "Girls Night Out" dinners as well as a bachelorette party.
- The decor was a little kitschy but charming at the same time.
- Entrees are way overpriced - stick with ordering the appetizers.
- Drinks were very good:
That's Jen's very "Blue Hawaii" on the left and my Pomegranate Lime Rickey on the right - it was basically a gin tonic with Pomegranate juice or syrup in it - very yummy!
This was one of the two pupu platters we ordered to get a little taste of everything - my favorites were the Chicken Ginger Potstickers, the Candied Garlic Spareribs and the Fried Shrimp with Sriracha Aioli sauce:
It was a bit of a haul to walk to Pho Republique from the Copley T stop but I would do it again - just not on a Saturday night!
