I should be writing something profound about what this experience has meant to me.
But simply, I'm just proud of myself for sticking with this for so long. I may have not written every day, but I made a commitment to write regularly and I've stuck with that - which means at times, you get a flood of posts.
Most of all, thanks for hanging in there with me!
To recap, I'm just simply going to list my ten favorite things I've made in the past year - after all, this blog was started to share pictures about what I was baking, in addition to keeping in touch with friends and loved ones. In no particular order:
- Shark cupcakes (My first post - where it all started!)

- Cream cheese swirl brownies with Heath bars and pecans
- Caramel shortbread bars aka Twix bars
