Joining the Bandwagon

It's official - Apple is starting to own more of my soul.
I am now the proud owner of an iPhone 3GS.  My sister broke my 3.5 year phone right after I had proclaimed to her that it had lasted through everything (talk about fate laughing at you). I went from an old slider phone to a touchscreen smart phone. As I told the woman at the AT&T store, I'm like an old lady with a phone (I barely use minutes or text) so I have a feeling this new phone is going to irritate me more rather please me as I figure out all its little quirks. And, I need to figure out a way to get everyone's phone numbers on it.

Mommy and Daddy have those. Those things sometimes call people when you don't want them to, usually when you are talking smack about them. If you have a g-mail account, any contact on your g-mail account will automatically be uploaded into your phone and if they have a Verizon phone number their number should upload too even if your didn't know this before. If not then you have read 50 words of instruction from a dog

I think I've just been schooled by a dog. :)

I know a "not so old lady" who wanted to keep up with her daughter-in-law and the rest of her family and is sporting a new iPhone 3GS!

Glad to hear it Tom! I hope Charlotte's transition to the iPhone was smoother than mine (stupid AT&T!)
