Just in time for the holidays, Boston Beer Co. (brewer of the Sam Adams beers) has unveiled a new flavor: Sam Adam Chocolate Bock.
The way they're describing it is "Brewing Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock with Cru Sauvage cacao nips creates a dark, decadent beer with a big, malty character, complex full-body taste and velvety finish." "Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock is the perfect accompaniment to any holiday meal or can simply be enjoyed on its own as a dessert."
I'm almost postive I won't like it but I'm intrigued enough to try it once.
